At Urban Bikes Direct, we want you to ride with confidence; if your new bike or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unassembled condition and include all factory packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and pack all components into the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all protective padding is securely in place.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect the return for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
