Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Each order includes a toolkit and a step-by-step assembly guide.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in 'like-new' condition.

How do I choose the right frame size?

Size charts are available on every product page. We recommend measuring your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All Urban Bikes Direct frames come with a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as forks, brakes, and derailleurs are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
